Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of avenqislabs.in and any engagement with Avenqis Labs ("we", "us", "our") for website, web application, or mobile application development services. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Avenqis Labs provides custom software design and development services, including but not limited to websites, web applications, mobile applications, and related maintenance and support. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any project will be documented in a separate written proposal or quote before work begins.

Quotes & payment

Quotes provided through this Site are estimates and become binding only once confirmed in a written project agreement. Payment terms (including any deposit, milestone payments, or final payment) will be specified in that agreement.

Ownership of work

Upon full and final payment for a project, you own 100% of the custom code, designs, and assets we create specifically for that project, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This does not extend to our own pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks, or to third-party software and services used to build your project.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access to any accounts or systems reasonably required for us to complete your project, and to review deliverables in a reasonable timeframe.

Support & maintenance

Post-launch support terms (including duration and scope) will be specified in your project agreement. Ongoing maintenance beyond that window is available separately.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenqis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement as described in the applicable written project agreement. Work completed and payments due up to the termination date remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written project agreement specifies otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
